From a young age, Thibault was immersed in French gastronomy, quickly becoming a culinary force to be reckoned with, akin to Gargantua and Pantagruel combined!

He spent two years honing his craft at the Institut Paul Bocuse before sharpening his skills alongside renowned chefs Pierre Orsi and Daniel Boulud.

Thibault continued his star-studded journey not in Hollywood or Whitechapel, but in New York with Charlie Palmer and later at Cape Cod with Philippe Rispoli.

Eager to share his exquisite experiences, he now offers a unique cuisine tailored for the pleasure of curious and discerning food enthusiasts.
